&lt;h1&gt;Dirty bomb would cause panic, cost billions: Study&lt;/h1&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Because there are those nice, clean bombs that generate revenue and increase public calm?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Well, this news made the front page of &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/LAC.20070703.BOMB03/TPStory/?query=dirty+bomb&quot;&gt;The Globe and Mail&lt;/a&gt;,  &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.metronews.ca/story_local.aspx?id=59182&amp;amp;searchtype=1&amp;amp;fragment=False&quot;&gt;The Metro&lt;/a&gt;  and maybe even &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.thestar.com/article/231670&quot;&gt;The Toronto Star&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now, to be fair, they do go on to mention that there have been a number of lost or stolen &quot;radioactive items&quot;... But is this REALLY worthy of front-page news?&lt;/p&gt;
